Rental & Services
Peace and enjoyment of the Park for everyone is very important to us.
The Season runs from 1st March – 31st October.
Owners new to the site pay £2,410 (which includes a £60 discount for fees paid by 31st December) for their annual Pitch Fee and Services. There is an additional upfront £200 payment for electricity, which is part refunded according to usage at the end of the season.
Anyone buying a caravan already sited at High Doctor Pasture Caravan Park or bringing a caravan onto the Park will be required to sign a new rental agreement.
Services Provided:
Water, Electricity, Sewerage, Refuse Collection, Grass Cutting, Park Maintenance, Parking.
Electricity paid on individual basis at the end of the season.
Gas Bottles paid on individual basis – delivered to Site
Other:
Caravans coming to the site must be no more than 10 years old and well maintained.
All caravans must be insured and the owners in receipt of an official yearly Gas Safety check certificate.
Dogs are very welcome but must be kept on leads at all times and any ‘accidents’ removed immediately.
Children please to be supervised.
A speed limit of 10 mph is requested throughout the Park and on the side road to the Park.
